1 .- 200 grams of flour.
2.-1 tablespoon baking powder. 3 .-
a pinch of salt.
4 .- 55 grams of melted butter. 5 .-
the 5th grams of white sugar.
6 .- 1 beaten egg.
7 .- 200 ml of milk. 8 .-
chocolate chips.
DEVELOPMENT
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line the molds with paper or butter to prevent sticking.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Mix melted butter, sugar, egg and milk in another bowl, drill a hole in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the egg mixture, gently mix the ingredients, but just enough for incorporation, the groom has to have a grainy texture, as the excess mixing provide heavy muffins. Incorporate
chocolate chips slowly and then pour the mixture into molds.
Fill two thirds of its height.
Bake 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
VARIANTS. You can add a tablespoon of cocoa into the egg, so they have more flavor to chocolate as I did, or use toasted hazelnuts instead of all chocolate chips, half and half.
