Angkor Wat. The Sacred City of Cambodia

Angkor was an ancient city in the Khmer empire between the ninth and fifteenth centuries was our private. Its ruins are near the modern city of Siem Reap, Siem Reap Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. UNESCO has declared a World Heritage Site in 1992.

For some Hindus, Mount Meru is composed of 109 peaks, of which Mount Kailas is the highest (where is the abode of Lord Shiva).
